1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 2 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

 

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Unworn: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or invoice.

No Damage: The item must not be physically damaged by the customer.

 

3. Products Exempt from Return

The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection (e.g., specific personal care items) once the seal has been broken.

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards or free items provided with the purchase.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details: State your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or an unboxing video to your email.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Meskat will bear the return shipping cost if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to a "change of mind" or purchasing the wrong size/color.

 

6. Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control team (typically within 1-2 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad): Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking to an account provided by you.

Deductions: Any non-refundable charges, such as the initial shipping fee (if not an error on our part) or transaction/service fees charged by the payment gateway, may be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

7. Exchanges
